
FiberNow is the provider for all our telecommunication needs in Wellington through their fiber-optic infrastructure. These services include television, internet and landline phone. We are currently in a ten-year contract that will end in early 2027.

During 2022, cable "switches" began breaking and there are no replacement parts. As a result, there is a different way of getting the cable service for watching television - it is called IPTV. We only have a few homeowners that have migrated to that "platform."

MOVE IN
All televisions must be out of their box and in place prior to a Set Top Box and/or internet installation. Simply call FiberOne at 855-303-4237 for specific details. Tenants are required to provide the written/digital authorization from the Owner for FiberOne equipment installation.
MOVE OUT
Regardless whether you receive a monthly statement from Fiber One or not. Call FiberOne at 855-303-4237 to disconnect and close your FiberOne account for your video, internet and/or phone service. Any FiberOne equipment is the responsibility of the unit owner. Therefore, we request that Set Top Box(es) and Internet devices are to be scheduled for return by calling Customer Service at the number listed above. Do not remove any equipment attached to the wall. At no time, should management or the Board of Directors accept FiberOne equipment for return.
