Wellington has 142 homes on its three streets - Hammersmith Drive, Twickingham Court and Whitemoore Court.

​

We are governed by a Board of five Directors and managed by Vista Community Association Management.

​

The monthly association fees cover property management services, exterior home painting every 6-7 years, landscaping of trees and shrubs, lawn maintenance, irrigation, road resurfacing and maintenance of drains.   Also included in the fees are high speed internet, phone and television serviced by Opticaltel.
